An item is missing from my shipment, what do I do?
Delivery is guaranteed for in stock items. If your order gets to you in poor condition, or not at all, please contact us via chat (click on the Help button in the lower right corner) or submit a Request with our Customer Service Department. Let us know what the problem is, and we will take care of it. We will do our best to respond to you within 1-2 business days of your request.
Please remember to provide your order number so we can serve you more quickly. You have 30 days to report a damaged or missing item, so please contact us as soon as you notice our error.
