All of our videos included with our video subscription should have Closed Captioning (CC). If you are finding a video that does not offer this, reply to this email with the name of the video and we will look into it.
-Video Bar Navigation:
A. Play/Pause video
B. Volume control
C. Closed Captioning (English only)
D. Make video full screen. Press ESC to exit full screen.
Closed Captioning with Chrome (CC):
- On your computer, open Google Chrome
- At the top right, click on the 3 dots and select Settings.
- Click on Accessibility and Turn on Live Caption.
