How can I get help with a pattern/project?

If you are stuck on a pattern or project and need some assistance, we have a whole team of professional editors to help you out. Please submit a request via email (support@peakmediaproperties.zendesk.com) or chat (click the Help button in the lower right corner).

When submitting a request, you should provide the following information so we can direct you to the correct editor:

  • Your name, phone and preferably email
  • Magazine (if applicable)
  • Pattern Title
  • Page of Pattern question
  • Section of Pattern that is giving you trouble
  • Which size of pattern or project you are working
  • Your question, with as many details as possible.

Unfortunately pattern help does not include modifying patterns or designs for different sizes. You should check with your local yarn or fabric store for this kind of help.
