How do I clear the cache and cookies on my browser?

Before clearing your cache or cookies, please close all store windows or tabs. Here are links for instructions on how to delete cookies, your history and cache on a variety of browsers:

Internet Explorer instructions:

Clear cache and cookies on Internet Explorer

  1. Close store pages or tabs
  2. Click on Tools menu item in upper right or on the menu bar.
  3. Click on Internet Options.
  4. Look for Browsing History section of the General tab.
  5. Click on the Delete button.
  6. Check only the top three check boxes - Preserve Favorites Website Data, Temporary Internet Files. and Website files, and Cookies and website data.
  7. Click on the Delete button at the bottom.
  8. When it’s done, you’ll get a message saying it has finished.
  9. Click the OK button on the Internet Options window.
  10. Click the X on the right side to close the yellow and white warning box.
