How to access your digital purchase.
All of your downloadable products can be accessed from your account instantly after purchase. When you purchase a downloadable item from our store, you have unlimited access to your purchase and can download it as many times and as often as needed.
Here is how to access your downloadable purchase.
- Go to https://www.interweave.com/my-account/, and login with your email or username and password.
- Click on 'Your display name' in the upper right and select My Downloads.
* For mobile devices tap on the menu icon (3 lines), then select My Downloads - From your Downloads section, locate the product title you are wanting to access. Click the download link to the right of the product name to access your digital purchase.
*Steps to access will vary depending on the type of digital product you purchased. See below on how to access your specific product.
*Product links will take you to the description page it was purchased from
Online Workshops:
Online workshops are not downloadable. Click on the access link under Download to be taken to the online workshop. If available, downloadable links for reference material will be provided within the workshop.
PDFs - Digital Magazines or eBooks:
Click on the Actions link to download the file. File will be automatically be saved to your device.
Video Downloads:
*Our video downloads work best when they are saved to your device and viewed with a media player. When streaming they can buffer (freeze) or show network errors if the internet is too slow.
-Click the Download link to steam the video in your browser.
To save to your device:
*PC Users: Right click on the Actions link, then select the ”Save Link As” option
*MAC Users: Hold the control key while clicking on the Actions link and select the "Download Linked File As” (Safari) or ”Save Link As” (Chrome) option.
*Tablet/Smartphone: Hold down on actions link and select "Download Linked File" or ”Save Link As” option. (Note: When using an iPad, the Safari browser will need to be used to get the option to save to your device)
If you are having trouble opening your download, we recommend using the latest version of Adobe Reader for eBooks, digital magazine issues and patterns/projects.
