What is the status of my order?

Single Print Magazine Issues
Delivery time on print magazine orders can take up to 4 to 8 weeks from the date of purchase. Tracking on these orders is not available. If you have not received your order in this time frame, please contact our customer service HERE
 
Magazine Subscriptions
The first issue of your subscription may take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive (international customers, please add an additional 2 weeks for shipping times).
 
New subscribers who wish to receive the current newsstand issue of a magazine, should purchase that issue individually as your subscription will start with the upcoming newsstand issue.
 
Printed issued can be purchased directly from the magazine subscriptions department. They contact at 1-866-805-1580. Digital issues can be purchased from the store website. 

For digital products (for example, patterns, eBooks, streaming videos): After checkout, all digital products will be located in your account dashboard after signing into your account.

  • Sign in with your email and password, click on My Account in the upper right-hand corner to go to your account dashboard page. In the right-hand menu select My Purchases to access and/or download your content.
  • These items are available to you immediately upon purchase, we hope you enjoy!

Look for your confirmation email from customerservice@peakmediaproperties.com detailing your order information.
