What is your refund and return policy?

Digital products (eBooks, digital magazines, video downloads, online workshops): Due to the digital nature of downloadable and streaming products, these items are not generally eligible for refund. If you have a defective file or duplicated order, please contact our customer service HERE.

 Magazine single print issue purchases: Our customers have 30 days from the time of purchase to report a damaged or missing item in order to be considered for a replacement or refund. Contact our customer service department HERE, if you need assist with your order.

 Memberships/Video Subscriptions: Your subscription will renew automatically. You can cancel the automatic renewals at any time from your account. Once cancelled, you will maintain subscription access until your cancelled renewal date. Subscriptions must be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. For assistance with cancelling your subscription with a refund, please contact our customer service department HERE. Refunds, including partial refunds, are not granted if you choose to cancel your order beyond 7 days of the transaction date. 

Magazine subscriptions MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE: If during your magazine subscription term, or up to one year after the magazine becomes undeliverable, you are ever dissatisfied with your subscription, let us know. You will receive a full refund on all unmailed issues. No questions asked.
